10:30am -12:30pm Yoga Session, Theme: Nurturance and Grounding

The Yoga Tradition states that the premise of yoga practice is to bring what is unconscious to the conscious mind and be present for whatever comes up. Therefore we will begin the practices with poses and breath work that promote stability, calm, grounding and nurturance. We will work on balancing the body and mind while we slow down the chatter in the mind.

This practice will include prana yama (breath work), Asana (poses) and Savanna (deep relaxation – integration). It will culminate with a short meditation.

12:30pm – 4pm – Lunch and Free Time (massage, hot tub, hike, journal, read, rest)

4pm – 6pm –  Enlightened Rest Yoga Session, Theme: Deep Healing

This practice will include the Joints and Glands exercises, a Yin Yoga session, and a 30-40 minute Yoga Nidra (the Yoga of Sleep) practice.

10:30am – 12:30pm – Yoga Session, Theme: Melting Resistance

The emphasis of this practice will be to move through the first three layers of our most familiar modes of being in the world, the physical, mental and energetic. This practice will start to stir energy that is dormant, and culminate in poses that are quieting and centering.

This Yoga session will include prana yama (breath work), asana (poses) and savanna (deep relaxation) and culminate in a meditation.

12:30pm – 4pm – Lunch and Free Time (massage, hot tub, hike, journal, read, rest)

4pm – 6pm –  Enlightened Rest Yoga Session, Theme: Healing Cognition
