SUMMARY:New Beginners Tai Chi - Weekday Classes Spring Series
DESCRIPTION:An ancient Chinese exercise for health and conscious relaxation\, T’ai Chi is a series of quiet\, slow and connected movements which cultivate the spirit and nurture the body. \nThis series is an introduction to the basic principles and postures of the Cheng Man-Ch’ing 37 posture Yang Style Short Form. Using the four primary postures of the form\, “peng” (wardoff)\,  “lu\,”(rollback) “chi“(press) and “an”(press) we will work with the Mini Form for developing body consciousness\, correct alignment\, and relaxation. \nTuesdays\, 11am-12pm\, through June 30.
