Shoden, meaning “entrance teachings,” is the original name for the 1st-degree Reiki training. It focuses on Reiki history 7 theory, healing oneself and others, & sensing energy. This live, online Reiki course is offered in five 2.5-hour sessions. Replays are available to registered participants.
