In Biodanza, creativity is not reserved for artists — it is a fundamental expression of who we are. Every person carries an innate capacity to generate new responses and recreate themselves.
This weekend we explore creativity as a living, embodied process through music, movement, play, and expression. When creativity flows, we recover the pleasure of discovery and the freedom to become more fully ourselves.
