Love Letters to Our Bodies for Black Women with Cancer

A 2-day FREE Workshop for Black Women with cancer exploring the mind/body/spirit connection and how women relate to their bodies pre- and post-diagnosis. Moyo Institute, Inc., leads with the Smith Center for Healing & the Arts in DC and Charlotte Maxwell Clinic for Integrative Cancer Care in Oakland.
Special guests: Erin “Bionic” Brown, Para triathlete from The Bahamas, an above the knee amputee due to Osteosarcoma; and Dee Manuel Cloud, Breast Cancer Recovery Strategist and author of Beauty in the Breakdown: Finding Peace in the Midst of Life’s Disruptions.
