Nature Art – Linoleum Block Printing

Celebrate Spring by creating one of a kind nature inspired art! Nikita will walk through techniques for designing and carving your linoleum block safely, how to roll out block-printing ink and apply it to your block, hand-printing your block onto paper to create a print, different ink applications, and how to label and sign your work. This block printing approach can be used to make stamps, holiday cards, art prints, analog zine-making, and more.
Participants will go home with a unique piece of art and the block used to make it. All tools will be provided during the workshop.
