Neurographic Drawing: Intuitive Drawing Playshop

Neurographic Drawing: Intuitive Expression is a creative, reflective playshop that invites the exploration of feeling, flow, and inner movement through spontaneous line, shape, and color. Inspired by Neurographica, developed by Pavel Piskarev in 2014, this experience emphasizes intuitive expression over artistic skill, offering a gentle space for insight, release, and creative discovery. In essence, Neurographic Drawing is a mindful activity that combines artistic expression with a lightly structured approach to potentially facilitate emotional and mental well-being.
