Painting, Symbolism & Embodied Understanding
This immersive workshop offers an in-depth exploration of the chakra system through the lens of health, wellness, and embodied awareness. Participants will learn about each energy center — its themes, emotional associations, and traditional connections to physical well-being. As part of the experience, each participant will paint and decorate their own hanging chakra mandala, creating a visual and symbolic representation of the seven primary chakras.
