Sacred Circle Dance Class – Wednesdays

Mind – Body – Spirit – Community – Joy
No partner or experience needed — everyone is welcome.
Bring: Comfortable soft shoes (or dance barefoot), a bottle of water, and a spirit of openness and curiosity.
Classes are offered through Montgomery County Recreation Senior Program and are free for residents ages 55+. Registration required.
