Spring Tai Chi – Form Corrections Class

For Intermediates and Corrections students, Instruction and review of the 37-posture form with emphasis on individual corrections, body alignment, meditation and form flow.
Classes will include warm-ups exercises, body alignment/posturing, standing meditation and form flow.
An ancient Chinese exercise for health and relaxation, T’ai Chi is a series of quiet, slow movements, which cultivate the spirit and nurture the body. Glen Echo T’ai Chi offers instruction in the Yang Style Short Form as developed by Cheng Man-Ch’ing. Instructors Len and Ellen Kennedy have between them over 65 years’ experience in T’ai Chi and have been teaching at Glen Echo Park for 30 years.
Drop-ins are allowed for students with previous experience. $30/class. More information and registration at the link.
