Surrounded by the backdrop of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, this retreat will provide the perfect sanctuary to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with your inner self. This weekend is all about YOU!

Find the easeful path back to self through Yoga, somatic movement, energy healing sessions, and meditations offered by J Miles, and beautiful meals provided by Anjali Sunita. 8am – 11am — Breakfast and free time

11am – 12pm — Learning Circle: Six Tastes of Ayurveda

12pm – 3pm — Lunch and free time

3pm – 4pm — Learning Circle: Radical Rest

5:30pm – 7pm — Yoga Asana Practice

7pm — Dinner

DAY 3 – Sunday 

7am – 8am — Morning Meditation / Pranayama

8am — Breakfast

9am – 10am — Closing Circle: Integration
